Science is a key word at the Gulf Coast Exploreum Science Center where two permanent galleries are filled with hand-on science exhibits. With more than 55 colorful interactive exhibits that invite you to play and learn, you will leave with a new found perspective and have a really cool time in the process. The Exploreum’s Ciba Lab allows you to don a lab coat and try your hand at tabletop chemistry and wacky science demonstrations are led by the Exploreum’s own science guru.

You will also watch an IMAX movie, where the screen is larger than life and your fun just as big.

At the Estuarium at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab, learn about the four key habitats of the coast, the Mobile-Tensaw River Delta, Mobile Bay, the Barrier Island and the Northern Gulf of Mexico.
