Tes Randle Jolly

Hunter and Freelance Photographer, Tuskegee
A third-generation greyhound breeder and trainer, Tes Randle Jolly of Tuskegee acquired her love for the outdoors naturally. Her parents are avid hunters who passed on the tradition and appreciation for the outdoors to her. Her career in outdoor writing, videography and still photography began 10 years ago after she married noted videographer and Outdoor Alabama executive producer, Ron Jolly. She is an active member of the Outdoor Writers Association of America and Southeastern Outdoor Press Association with wildlife and nature photography awards in both. Much of Jolly's work focuses on hunting and wildlife photography, but she also uses women, children and destinations as themes. National magazine publishing credits include Outdoor Life, Turkey & Turkey Hunting, and Deer & Deer Hunting, Women in the Outdoors, Wheelin' Sportsmen, and hunting books. Regional credits include Outdoor Alabama, Southern Ponds & Wildlife, and Alabama Living magazines. For the past 10 years, Jolly has served as a volunteer archery instructor for the Becoming an Outdoors Woman program. She also helps organize and mentors ladies' hunts and special hunts for the disabled.
