Strawberry-Cheese Salad

Ingredients:
1 pint Alabama strawberries 2 tablespoons sugar 2 3-ounce packages cream cheese 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1/2 cup whipped cream
Directions:
Crush the strawberries with the sugar. Blend the cream cheese and lemon juice together until smooth, then stir in strawberries. Fold in whipped cream. Place in mold and freeze.
