Potato Salad with Green Pepper

Recipe Type: Side Dish
Servings: 6-8 servings
 
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups cubed cooked Alabama-grown potatoes
  • 1/2 cup celery slices
  • 1/4 cup chopped Alabama green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
Directions:

Combine potatoes, celery, green peppers, green onions and salt; mix lightly. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk, mixing until well blended. Add to potato mixture; mix lightly. Chill.
