Pork Chops With Rice (Alaga)

Ingredients:
  • 4 pork chops (at least one inch thick)
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 small bottle Russian dressing
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 4 slices pineapple
  • 1and 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup Alaga original cane syrup
  • 3 tsp Alaga hot sauce
  • 2 packets boil in bag rice or
  • 2 cups quick rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Pour the orange juice in baking dish, salt and pepper the pork chops generously on both sides, Add uncooked rice to baking dish and place pork chops on top of rice. Cover pork chops with onion soup mix, ALAGA syrup and top with a thick onion slice, a pineapple slice and a bell pepper slice. Shake 3 tsp ALAGA hot sauce on top of contents. Cover and cook about one and a half hours at 375degrees or until tender. Lift pork chops out and serve over the rice, Pour sauce from baking dish over the pork and rice.
