Ingredients:
1 16-oz. Can crushed pineapple
1 large package of Jell-O (any flavor)
1 cup buttermilk
Directions:
Drain fruit. Heat the juice and dissolve the jello in it. Mix with fruit and pour over 1 cup of buttermilk. Mix together and fold in 1 16-oz. carton of cool whip. Pour into a 9 x 12 pan and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
