Bread Pudding with Lemon Sauce

Ingredients:
Bread Pudding 1/2 stick butter 3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 4 slices bread 1 small can evaporated milk, plus 2 cans of water 1 teaspoon vanilla   Lemon Sauce 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon flour 1/4 stick margarine 1/4 cup water 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions:
Bread Pudding Melt butter; add sugar; beat in eggs. Break bread into small pieces and add to egg mixture. Add milk, water and vanilla, mixing all together. (Add a few raisins to bread pudding before baking, if desired.) Bake at 350 degrees until set.    Lemon Sauce Stir ingredients together and cook 4-6 minutes. Pour over hot bread pudding while sauce is still hot.
