| Ingredients: |

2 pounds venison chops
-
1 medium onion, chopped

1/2 cup celery, chopped

2 tablespoons margarine |
| Directions: |
Brown chops in margarine in skillet. Saute onions and celery. Place chops and sautéed onions and celery in baking dish and cover with favorite barbecue sauce. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
