Decatur’s Big Bob Gibson’s BBQ on the TODAY show [MSNBC.com]

Executive chef Chris Lilly from Big Bob Gibson's BBQ in Decatur appeared on NBC's TODAY show last week to get viewers ready for summer barbeque season. Lilly cooked up ribs for Matt Lauer, Meredith Vieira and Al Roker and shared recipes from his new book Big Bob Gibson's BBQ Book: Recipes and Secrets From a Legendary Barbecue Joint. Big Bob Gibson's BBQ is featured in the Alabama Tourism Department's popular "100 dishes to eat in Alabama before you die" brochure and was highlighted in commercials for the tourism department's award-winning Year of Alabama Food promotion.
