Delmore Days Bluegrass Festival

This festival will honor Limestone County's own famous Delmore Brothers (Rabon and Alton) two of the biggest music stars in the 1930s. In 1971, The Delmore Brothers were inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, into the Alabama Music Hall of Fame in 1989, and into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2001. The festival will be "an old fashion trade day" with arts, crafts, and miscellaneous items, and a kids* area to keep them entertained. Headling Performer 2007 IBMA Male Vocalist of the Year Bradley Walker.
